Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from MGFA.

Family Discount

MGFA has put in place a family registration cap of $350. This is for registration costs only and does not include uniform fees. If you are registering 3 or more children and your registration fees will exceed $350, please contact us at monticellogirlsfastpitch@gmail.com before you proceed with your online registration.
