Welcome to the 2017 Maple Grove 3 on 3 League Registration.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information for yourself (team contact) and ALL the players on the team. It is VERY helpful if you have correct emails for other players so they receive important information. To complete this required online registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

Each player must have a parent/guardian complete the liability waiver form to turn in the first night of league play. Liability waiver forms can be printed from the league page or picked up at check in.

Refund policy : Refunds will be issued if requested via email prior to the registration deadline and will be reduced by a $10 administrative fee. Refunds will also be reduced $7 per t-shirt (if ordered). No refunds will be issued after the registration closes.
